“The training was very complete, and what we liked most was how practical and applicable it was to our process. Our team became motivated, the suggestions have been implemented, and it has helped us improve corrugator efficiency.”
General Manager Hinojosa Group
“The content is quite complete and helps you acquire technical knowledge that is often difficult to understand in the day-to-day operation of the machine. For our operators, production staff and maintenance team, the corrugator course was very valuable. After completing it, we began changing certain working methods, which has helped us improve both performance and quality.”

FAQ

Is the content the same in Online and Hybrid?

Yes. Both formats include the same technical modules, assessments and certification. The difference is how the learning is applied:

  • Online: full theoretical content, practical cases, live expert sessions and assignments.
  • Hybrid: everything in the Online program plus on-site workshops inside your corrugator, where we validate moisture, bonding, glue viscosity, settings, temperature, speed and working methods directly with your team.

Companies that choose Hybrid usually want faster results, standardized procedures and immediate improvements in bonding, warp and productivity.

Do you provide certificates?

Yes. Every participant who completes the modules and assessments receives an INSCO Certificate of Completion.

Many plants use it for:

  • Operator qualification paths
  • Onboarding and skill-matrix documentation
  • Internal HR development and promotion
  • ISO / quality audits as proof of training and competence
Can we run in-company training?

Absolutely. We frequently deliver in-company cohorts (English or Spanish), adapting the training to real production needs:

  • Flexible schedules based on shifts and machine availability
  • Can include operators from multiple plants or countries in the same cohort
  • Sessions can be spread out to avoid peak weeks or shutdowns

For Hybrid projects, our technical team visits your plant to analyze the corrugator, validate settings, evaluate working methods and implement corrective actions directly with your crew.

How long does it take?

The typical duration is:

  • Online: 10–12 weeks
  • Hybrid: 10–13 weeks (depending on number of workshops and plant logistics)

The program is designed for industrial environments — sessions can be paced to avoid peak weeks, maintenance shutdowns or customer bottlenecks.

What results can we expect?

Plants normally see measurable improvements in:

  • Bonding consistency and flatness
  • Fewer warp issues and delamination
  • Less waste and fewer customer claims
  • Ability to sustain higher speed with fewer stops

Most companies report +10–25% OEE improvement during or shortly after the program, depending on machine condition, paper mix and crew experience.
